Our Direct Price Guarantee

All customers who have recently purchased through one of our marketplace stores are eligible to switch to our direct website pricing.

Why are your prices cheaper when buying direct?

When you buy through a marketplace, we pay selling fees that are typically around 3X the fees we pay through our own website.

By shopping directly with us, we save on those costs and pass the savings on to our customers. It's part of our mission to provide high-quality technology at the lowest possible prices.

I bought from one of your marketplace stores. Can you price match?

Yes, we're happy to help. If you've recently purchased an item from one of our marketplace stores and the same item is available for less on our website, we can offer a price match.

You have two options:

Rebuy on our website and keep your current order

Place a new order for the same item through our website and contact us with both order numbers. Once verified, we'll refund your marketplace order and you can keep the item you've already received.

Return and reorder

Return your marketplace order free of charge using our prepaid returns portal. Once we receive the item back, we'll process your refund within 2 working days (although we usually aim for the same day). You can then place a new order through our website and we'll dispatch it using free next-day delivery.
